By submitting this form, I undertake, consent, and warrant the following:

The documentations provided do not have any discrepancy with the actual shipment/s and are complete.
I am either the owner or authorized agent of the owner of the shipment/s.
All shipment/s are in good condition and that it safe for transportation, storage and handling.
SAL shall not be liable for any damage and/or defect arising out of my non-declaration or the misinformation provided.
I will give SAL details of the manner in which shipment/s are to be transported and/or stored and if shipment/s are liable to deteriorate over time, the period after which this is likely to occur, noting that any additional charges incurred by SAL following its compliance of the my instructions will be borne by me.

Shipment/s have the necessary IATA labels and ULD tags as applicable.
No state and embargoes or restrictions exist for the routing and/or commodity.
The appropriate packaging is used for my shipment/s.
All shipment/s comply with the requirements of all applicable laws and regulations.
No shipment/s comprises or contains illegal substance, and i will always comply with the laws, regulations, and directives of any applicable regulation, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Laws and any relevant governmental authority directive and regulations including but not limited to the Ministry of Transportation and Logistics Services, General Authority of Civil Aviation, Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, etc.
SAL’s aggregate liability arising from providing the services shall in no event exceed the total value of the service fees.
I am responsible for customs clearance of the shipment/s and any other governmental fees.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAL from any claims, losses, or damages arising from my negligence or breach of this declaration.
I hereby understand all of the abovementioned terms and declare that the information and documentation provided are true and correct. I also understand that any willful dishonesty or misrepresentation of my declaration may lead to refusal of this application in addition to penalties/compensations.
